But has the "Fitness Craze," with us for a good fifty years now -- that's a half century of "craze"!-- has the Fitness Craze forgotten the other half of the soundness equation?

And in forgetting half of the soundness equation, is the Fitness Craze itself unsound?

Obesity is going up...so this fitness craze seems to only be afflicting a few.
 
Considering the rising epidemic of obesity and opioid addictions, a "fitness craze" really seems the least of our worries.

I've been in terrible shape and I've been in amazing shape, and I can tell you that mens sana is a lot more likely in the latter than the former.
