For all the flack that McDonalds gets they have more healthy choices on their menu than most.
As a matter of fact, it's possible to lose weight eating nothing but McDonald's food.
A Diet for McDonalds fans:
Choose one and only one item for each of 4 meals a day:
Breakfast:
Lunch
Dinner
Evening
Drink at least 10 8 ounce glasses of water or the equivalent per day.
No alcohol.
This averages out to be about 1300 calories per day, and you will lose weight if you follow the diet strictly.
