If so, what do you like about it? Do you do hot or cold yoga? And how often?

I'm thinking about trying it out.

Nope. Because yoga is Satanic.

Dear heavens...the rabbit hole that youtube video took me down was frightening to no end.

The religious kooks that think Yoga and martial arts are "satanic" are numerous.

It's just absolutely frightening to think these people are out there and trying to "teach" other people about the "dangers" of these kinds of things.

Just....WOW....

Well, basically anything that you might enjoy doing is secretly Satanic according to the Vigilant Christian's coo-coo head worldview.

You like Pokemon Go? Or Batman V. Superman? Or DOOM? Well that's all just Satanic propaganda, and you need to read your Bible 24/7 if you wanna be saved by Jesus. And the scary thing is that this guy has a pretty large YouTube audience who actually listens to him.

But I don't want to derail this thread any further.

I do a half hour of Hatha Yoga exercises every day.

Every day, around 30 minutes for my back- it helps a lot.

How does it help? Is it the stretching?

I'm 45 years old and I work out and have a strenuous (at times) job and I can tell it's getting more difficult to get up after kneeling down, kneeling is often painful, lower back issues morning after hard work day, etc.... I feel like a really good stretching each day will help a lot and I've heard there's a lot of that in yoga.

Sometimes. Need to do it more often. Especially since I've started playing hockey again. It's a great recovery exercise.

Do you do regular yoga or do you do hot yoga? And how does it help you recover?

Also, do you like Tegan and Sara?

Just regular. Not sure what hot yoga is, lol. And it just helps me stretch out everything. Muscles end up really sore afterwards if you don't stretch after. Plus it keeps me limber. I play goalie so you gotta be flexible.

And not particularly no. Not sure how that's important.

Hot yoga, which I think is usually called Bikram yoga is done in a room that's 105 degrees. I'm assuming it makes one more limber. And Tegan and Sara are twin lesbians who are kind of cute and make great music, imo. I thought you liked girls, but forgive me if I'm wrong about that.

I'm just more of a rock and roll kind of girl.

The stretching and the poses does great for my back. Ive worked most of my life in front of a PC workstation, so all that sitting down has strained my lower back. I use a combination of push ups, crunches and a number of yoga positions to strengthen it. Just google yoga back exercises and you'll find plenty of good poses to do. Your back should be a lot better after a week or two of daily yoga.
