For a couple of weeks now I have been unable to upload .jpgs/photos.

I logged out, logged back in, using the forum's address as suggested and I am still unable to upload the photo selected to upload. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I have been doing it this way for years but lately I'm having no luck.

I’ve noticed that uploading images take a much longer time than doing videos. I also have trouble getting a decent size picture. Some are very small and other are easily visible. Sometimes after clicking more than once on ‘upload photo,’ I end up with multiple photos.

Works for me. Maybe something on your end?

I believe that there is a size limit for a photo upload. You may be able to get around that by using the photo's url instead.

Video's are not uploaded - it's only a link to the video's url.

Some posts have a link that needs to be clicked on to go to the video; I try to use the function that puts the video in the post, so that one only need to hit the play button. I’m out of my pay grade hear?

That depends on a couple of things: 1) whether you used the toolbar to indicate that it was a video link and 2) whether the url is recognized as a video - on my Apple iPad device I must alter the video's url from "m." to "www." to make that happen.

A while back (like years ago) I was unable to upload images and it turned out that I had used too much space. Everything you upload is stored on the server and associated with your account. I haven't had that problem since (maybe it went away with a software upgrade?) - but you could try deleting something and then try uploading to see if it works.

Go to User Control Panel and select "Attachments" and you can see what you've uploaded (and delete some if you wish).

I'm currently using 11.31 MB to store 266 uploaded attachments. Where are you?

I’ve only gotten the video from YouTube. Copying the link and then C&P in the film icon box works with no other alteration. I am far from getting to know all the ins and out here...

32.5 MB to store 1040 attachments.

Maybe it's time to clean house. Thank you.

Done. Zero MB/Zero attachments.

Did it work?

Let's see....

Nope....... :doh

Are you trying to post pics from your computer or the internet?

What browser do you use? and do you have adobe flash installed still? That's going out of support, so it gets removed, and the permission gets removed to run it in some browsers

Maybe so, but I am doing nothing different than I have ever done before, (and I never had this problem before, so....)

I was able to upload this with no issues. There isn't an issue w/ DP regarding uploading photos.

I'm experincing the same problem. I have to use my phone to upload an img through tapatalk. Same size img, the regular site won't process it, but tapatalk will.
