Thread Bans

As someone that has undergone a couple of recent thread bans and has had one revoked on appeal and one to be appealed it set me to wondering if it would be possible for the mods to post in thread notifications that someone has been thread banned so as to save any wouldbe responders the time and effort from compiling posts that are not going to be responded to . It would also save those banned from the thread the , imo , unfair disadvantage of not having the chance to respond to them.

The thread bans I have had reversed , two of them , have as such seen a person wrongly thread banned but allowed back on appeal only to find that by that time the conversation has died a death anyhow and thus the lifting of the ban was pretty much useless .
