I noticed this a while back and asked the same question. Paraphrasing here; it shows up when the two formats don’t align code-wise?


I’ve tried to edit them out, but unsuccessfully.


I also think it has something to do with recent news articles and the publishers not wanting the text to be shared too loosely; that’s a CT.

I have edited the titles for the two threads listed. It looks like the " ' " is being replaced with code instead.
