The Academia Forum Organization Stifles Good Discussion
The way the forum is organized to have Economics, Education, History, and Science & Technology all under Academia, while clean, doesn't really work. Here's just an example of what I mean. The Economics forum had 148 threads in the last year. The Conspiracy Theories forum had 191. I don't know about you, but I would think Economics should be far more popular in a political forum.
Might I suggest getting rid of the Academia umbrella and making these forums more accessible? As a side effect, I'd expect that this would remove some traffic from the General Political Discussion forum, much of which is economics. I know I've posted threads in there that are economic in nature since they get far more responses there than in the Economics forum.
Thanks for your time to read this!
Who shall ascend the hill of the Lord? And who shall stand in his holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to what is false, and does not swear deceitfully. Psalm 24
"To exercise pressure upon the indigent and the destitute for the sake of gain, and to gather one's profit out of the need of another, is condemned by all laws, human and divine." - Pope Leo XIII
