I thought it was just me, but I saw another post where the photo was blurred. Anytime I screen grab or post from photos the image appears blurred. Was up?

Screen grabs from videos can be tricky. They often come out blurred.

In addition, resizing pictures can also result in blurring. (i.e. original is 4200x2400. used image is 420x240. resized image could be blurry).

Not from video, these (mine anyway) are from stills.

It may be the resolution of your monitor, that determines how much detail the grab contains.
 
Looks like the system enlarged it, probably a lot.

I have done this as well and have the same fuzzy result. I cannot think of one of my examples. View attachment 67233702

Did that come up actual size, though? Enlarging or reducing pics, especially JPEGs, without a proper scaling algorithm often makes images less clear. I doubt the system is that sophisticated.
