I have noticed that from time to time as I try to send a private message, the member's mailbox is full and it can't go through.

Is there some alert to the Member letting them know they just missed a message?

Is there some auto-alert to make members aware their box is full and they cannot get any more messages?

I tend to maintain my in-box and sent-box files to allow access from time to time by deleting older mail (about 30 - 60 days old) and only keeping "important" files for record.

Apparently not everyone does this though.

So, if there isn't some way to alert a Member that messages were being sent but could not be received due to full mailboxes, perhaps something like that could be developed?

Or perhaps an auto-alert that their mailbox is full and they can't receive any more messages until they clean it?

Just wondering how to "fix" this issue.

Thanks
