I think in the General Political Forums, the Health Care and Obamacare (ACA) folders should be merged. There is no good reason to have these separated, as Obamacare (ACA) is health care regulation.
 
I'll talk to the Mod team about it. The reason that we made the Obamacare section was due to the amount of topics on it being made. For single issue items such as that we will sometimes make separate sections for them if they start taking over the board.
