Does vBulletin allow for widgets?

As to the OP, can you be more specific? Widgets for a PC, tablet, smartphone or built into the website?

You didn't quote me directly so I missed this.

An example of a widget would be a button at the top that would allow me to quickly switch between, say, the standard 10 posts per page versus 100 posts. The former is ideal for comfortable reading, the latter for searches of specific content in long threads.

I'll look but I don't believe the vB software has a feature like this.
