The British government doesn't reveal who is on the sex offender registry, and there is no way of knowing for certain. However, we know that minority groups commit criminal offenses in larger numbers than they should, if all races committed crime at equal rates.

People from BAME (black, Asian and minority ethnic) backgrounds constitute only 14% of the general population in England and Wales, but make up 25% of its prison population.

I am not leaving, I am just accurately stating that the make-up for the UK offender statistics is not going to go all Pakistani in 9 years. The date in that statistics piece is the latest accurate data. And that data shows that 85% of all child sex crimes are committed by white men.
