Who will win the UK General Election Dec 2019?

    SUMMARY
    1. Boris Johnson's bill for a 12 December election is approved by MPs by 438 votes to 20
    2. It will now go to House of Lords for consideration - where it is unlikely to be opposed
    3. MPs rejected a Labour amendment to hold an early election on 9 December
    4. The bill needed only a simple majority to pass, unlike Monday's attempt which needed two-thirds of MPs to back it
    5. EU leaders have agreed in principle to delay Brexit until 31 January 2020

    Link.
Once the House of Lords approve, this will quickly become law and there will be an election on Boris' proposed date... Blair has previously warned Corbyn of the "elephant trap" and tonight he firmly believed Labour had finally stepped into that trap.

Looking at the poll tracker on this page - Labour's unclear stance on Brexit has hurt. The Lib Dems and Conservatives have picked up support (the centre is always squeezed when it comes to actual voting time) and Labour support is down - suggesting the public want clear stance on Brexit and policy.

    No idea.

But “the people” such as they are will definitely be the losers no matter who wins.

Seems highly likely the Conservatives will get the most seats. Unless there's a great deal of tactical voting by Lib Dem and Labour (and there's always a surprising number of them who prefer the conservatives to the other party anyway), it seems like Conservatives will end up with the most seats, and quite likely a majority.
There should be Instant Runoff Voting

    My hopeful outcome

The Cons, Brexit Party and the UKIP split the center right/right vote

The Lib Dems, and Labour Split the Center/ Center Left

The SNP snaps up the seat in Scotland

The UK government again ends up with minority government, driving Boris crazy to the point he becomes catatonic and requires adult diapers

Of course it does nothing for the British people, or government but sure would be entertaining

Pretty good analysis and although I tend to vote Conservative, I dread a Conservative majority this time as Boris will be able to tear up any deal or agreement that has been agreed. The current "Conservatives" represent hedge-fund capitalists more than they represent anyone else.

The ones who think "hard Brexit" is a good idea won't care.

I have little to say that wan't said above, and Brit politics is not my forte. But I wish we (States) had a dynamic environment like this, with many substantive & vying parties. I detest the two party system, Duverger notwithstanding.

I tend to agree with this synopsis.

It is extremely difficult to get a GOP Senator to accept something when their salary depends upon not accepting it.

It's hard to predict at the moment because of the Brexit Party and the fact of the idiotic first past the post system.

There is no doubt that the Tories will be the biggest party simply because that is how the system is designed, but will the Brexit Party sour the mix and deny a majority...

Will Farage LLC make a pact with Tories or will they go after the same seats?

Will Labour and the Lib Dems make a pact to deny marginal Tory seats?

Only real certain thing is the SNP will take almost all seats in Scotland and both Labour and the Tories will be wiped out up there.

But a lot can happen and the mood can change when people start to realize how bad the deal is for the UK.

The SNP in Scotland by a country mile followed by exit from the UK and a wrecking ball through NATO by demanding removal of the rUK's nukes from Scottish soil and NATO losing control of large swathes of the North Atlantic and the North Sea

If Scotland goes independent then they will need their own nukes. The last country to give up their nukes (Ukraine) didnt end up very well...
