To be fair, while the tone of Godric1970's post does encourage a response along the lines of 'enjoy life in Scotland without Buckfast and Mars Bars to deep-fry' and unlike Wales ('Cofiwch Dryweryn') Scotland does not share its 'abundant fresh water' with the rest of Britain except through exports of bottled water, the substance of his comment is entirely germane.
