Well no unless I miss understood your comment. The British withdrew unilaterally from the system for no logical reason only to scrap the withdrawal under 24 hours later.The reality of the mistake underlined. Interrail, a Europe-wide railcard is ending for the British, alongside the Erasmus University programme for the youth of Europe. No Brits. One of the "attractions" of leaving was to cut the number of "foreigners" with free access to the UK.
The reality is this is typical on how Brexit has been handled by the UK. Withdrawing from treaties they don't have to withdraw from to leave the EU.... European Commen Aviation agreement comes to mind...
