Nederlands finally grow a pair of balls, after 4 years It charged 4 Moskal terrorists with shooting

That's right, the Netherlands will kidnap and eliminate the men who they feel are responsible for downing MH17, say 'the hell with due process', and that won't look like terrorism to anyone. Very good. Assemble the death squad.

"Death squad"

:lamo

What a load of crap.

MH17: Four charged with shooting down plane over Ukraine - BBC News

You clearly have no idea how a trial is run do you, first you collect evidence, then you prosecute. And as we do not have full access to the scene, to the witnesses and to the suspects. Doing such an investigation is taking years and years. It is a complex investigation, not a who-dunnit by Poirot where the suspect admits on arrest.

But the tapped telephone calls do indicate that this issue goes all the way to the Kremlin. One of the phone calls the JIT played yesterday was the voice of Vladislav Soerkov, 2 years he was vice prime minister of Russia and is an active Putin advisor. His calls with the Russian rebels in Ukraine seems to indicate that they wanted military equipment, among those weapons was anti-aircraft system. The JIT suspects Soerkov from being instrumental in the release of a BUK telar missile platform to the Eastern Ukraine Russian rebels.

What are you babbling about distortsatallcorners? They are going to be tried without being present, a warrant for their arrest has been issued but that will never come to anything because both Russia and Ukraine have laws banning the extradition of citizens. You clearly are clueless about what happened today.

You and Tigerace cannot smell sarcasm very well. Oh well, I've made the same mistake reading online comments. You're forgiven.

if Israel can do it, why the one of the most technological and smart countries can not do it ? some years ago they were the best in the world in doing this

'the hell with due process' putler and his gang sooner will kill these men than allow Holland to have them.

For crying out loud it is the Netherlands. And no, we are not going to kidnap people, we are a country of laws and a country who is rather well known for law/courts.

with all respect to your long post, but everyone knew about who did it in first 10 min, when Muscovites /collaborators reported , broadcasted themselves it around the world

But thinking you know means absolutely nothing in a court of law.

why did they not answer the point the missile that shot down MH17 was delivered to Ukraine in 1986 where it had remained this was documented transport ... they said Russian hadn't co operated that is another lie ... they refused Russia's co operation and that of Malaysia the biggest victim in all this Malaysia blames Ukraine and states the Dutch are playing politics instead of getting to the facts

Because you are posting nonsense. They tracked the BUK TELAR from Russia to the launching spot and back. Nice try to shift blame but you are talking pro-Russian nonsense, next.

Because you cannot read sarcasm. If you wanted to be sarcastic make it obvious. That is the problem with online. I cannot hear your voice, I cannot hear your intonations, clearly I cannot smell it either.

A trial next year, we will have to wait and see what that brings. That is all we can do, we have been putting economic pressure for some time. But this is all just not working a lot because as long as Putin is in the Kremlin this will never go anywhere. But a guilty verdict will hopefully help put the pressure on Moscow even more.

A trial is needed to end any ambiguity, and debunk the various Kremlin attempts at disinformation.

Maybe, but this was already an investigation of several countries, what would Interpol add to the investigation? Maybe they asked Europol as that is also located in the Hague the Netherlands. But you already have investigators from the Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Malaysia and the Ukraine.

Interpol can put names of 4 moskal terrorists om the wanted list

Russia ignores Interpol Red Flags. Yanukovych was listed on a warrant from Ukraine for years and the Kremlin knew exactly where he was.

what is very strange here that Interpol removed Yanukovych from its wanted list ....

Yes, very strange indeed. It demonstrates the influence that Moscow has in the Interpol organization.

Interpol is often misunderstood as being some over-powerful body of enormous executive powers. In reality it's just an association that, by its very statutes, is as good or as bad as its best or worst individual member. Depending, case by case, which of those wields the more clout.

To try and use it against the Kremlin is pretty much like getting the wolves to guard your sheep.

In addition, the Russian Constitution [conveniently] forbids the extradition of Russians wanted abroad on warrants for crimes.

A constitution that exists purely to give carte blanche to any Russian operatives doing their dirty work around the world.

the same as united States of America
You need to educate yourself before shooting off.

Not only is the extradition of US citizens from US territory NOT a constitutional matter, legislation of 1990 actually allows it.

That there's little likelihood of it happening takes nothing from that.
