He appears to be wearing a soldier's uniform so I guess he is over 18. Whether he is consenting to being groped is another matter. He doesn't look very comfortable so I would say that the older guy thinks he is famous and powerful and that the young man is happy for him to grab em by the *****.

Incorrect. Jews were disproportionate in the early days of Communism (as it was a break from Tsarist pogroms) but had been largely purged by the 1930s.

Plenty of Jews escaped Russia by this time.

the second reason was that Muscovite elite was killed or left Muscovy after commie coup , many Jews could read and write so they filled up the empty sets

no my friend , They (Jews in commie party leadership ) all have abandoned Judaism, they worked for commies and many of them were ideological commies (atheists)
