Seeing the record we have to go by, then yes it probably is a lie. Though Russia has been doing stuff like this for years and only because their is a political message behind it, is the main reason we are hearing about it now.

Still, at this moment it's just allegations and I would rather have proof of the supposed crime, before sticking the blade in.
