Russia shall leave the Council of Europe because Russia isn't Europe and will never be a part of it.
It shall stop wasting of money and empty discussions.
The future of Russia is a military and economical union with China, only there Russia can survive as an independent nation.

I disagree. Russia is patient and its' alliance with China supports the Belt and Road Initiative and that includes Europe. The EU is a banking conglomerate of billionaires milking the EU. Populist reality will force some issues soon and poorer Nations in the EU will find a friend in Russia and China. Screw the bankers.

EU needs Russian energy. Russia has many other products to trade. The sanctions are useless and the indebtedness of the USA lowers the power of USDollar and Petrodollar as weapons. As alternatives to SWIFT and other International weapons are put in play, even the economic blackmail will stop working. Hegemonic behavior by the USA regarding World Trade is coming to an end.

No one actually needs Russian trade. They don't have much to offer beyond petroleum and weapons.

Russia could disappear tomorrow and the world would go on quite nicely.

An odd thing to say about the world's largest state.

I think you could more aptly make this comment about small states like Israel, Kosovo, Luxemburg, Montenegro, Macedonia etc etc. But Russia? Don't be a hater.

Whereas it is true that Russia is reasonably self-sufficient, common sense dictates that Russia would desire trade with the EU. Putin and Merkel have good relations. Italy, Greece, and Hungary seem on good terms with Russia. Putin doesn't burn bridges. His diplomacy is patient. His actions decisive. It is the USA, with its' sanctions, tariffs, economic barriers, Reserve Currency, Petrodollar, SWIFT, NED, CIA, and any number of organizations developed to CONTROL World trade that creates instabilities. The PNAC morons in the USA still think that they can dominate the World. We are currently reaping the rotted fruit of that hubris. The World Economy is a math problem and the USA position appears untenable due to poor long term economic policies.
