With a no-response 'policy' Putin provokes nuclear Armageddon.Almost everybody - from tiny Estonia till USA and Israel is allowed completely unpunished do anything he please, no reaction from Russia. Either Putin is too dumb, or too old, but Russia urgently needs a tough and bold guy who can respond to all provocations against Russia.

Why Russia still has diplomatic relations to USA or EU now, why it does not freeze all projects including North Stream 2 etc?

The WWIII is already begun, Russia shall urgently look for new allies ( e.g. China) and to stop wasting of time for needless discussions with western 'partners'.
Russia has not any partners in the West, only enemies. Even Serbia sold it for thirty EU's silvering

And most of all Russia needs a bold guy who can really fight for its interests, and not for oligarchs ones.

I think you underestimate Putin. He seems to do the right thing with impeccable timing. Russia, China and the EU share a large land mass that should make them natural allies. NATO is an artificial construct to create a wedge between them. The USA/MIC needs a war posture against Russia/China to support the huge profits of a trillion dollar Industry known as the War Industry, even larger than the Auto industry. If you have a huge Military Manufacturing Industry, good marketing for that Industry creates wars to keep the profits rolling. Peace is anathema to that Industry. It's the biggest business in the USA. Wars, threats of wars, instabilities, trade wars, sanctions, tariffs etc. are the economic tools of Full Spectrum Dominance. The MidEast morass with its' oppressive USA interference and Israeli geopolitics is extremely complicated. The USA/Israeli support for terrorists to destabilize Nations that Israel evaluates as potential threats is the fly in the milk soup. The USA has dropped the charade and openly supports the terrorists in Idlib. Because of Turkey's involvement, they want to make it a NATO problem, but not for the sake of Syrians, but for the sake of Israel. Machiavellian intrigue at all levels and a complex landscape to maneuver. One should move thoughtfully and decisively./

His recent trip to Kemerovo, a city that suffered a tragic fire at a shopping center, was fairly typical. He never came out to speak to the parents of victims and when he lay flowers at a memorial the entire square had been cleared of people.

Who is provoking Russia? They just ate Crimea whole, and the world let them get away with it.

I remember, before the Georgia invasion, before the Crimea invasion, etc... I was listening to an interview with Medvedev. This was back in 2008. I couldn't believe my ears: they were talking about Russia joining the EU! And, after some time, the issue of RUSSIA JOINING NATO was raised, and calmly discussed! My eyes were popping out. Medvedev was entertaining the possibility very seriously, with a little bit of a smile.

In 2008, Russia was well on its way to becoming a very highly respected and valued partner and member of both the EU, even NATO, and the international community as a whole. But that was before Putin came on the scene. Putin has made Russia an international pariah criminal state, all, of course, in the name of making it "great again".

And now you want someone even more thuggish and aggressive over there? LOL.

Of course, we here in the US shouldn't talk. We are going down the same road.

What do you want, someone who will just go to nuclear war in the snap of a finger to prevent looking weak?Putin is trying to avoid all out war while protecting his ally, not only is america a nuclear country so is israel, and besides that israel is pretty much a russian ally in everything but official title, both countries have extremely good relations and a large part of israels population is russian or russian descent, so putin just going all out against them would be bad on both a strategic level and on a personal level.

Putin will take what he needs and walk away from the battles he does not, he is not the kind to just play nuclear chicken, or shut the country off from the world because someone thinks he is not bold enough. Oh and china is a solid ally for russia only as long as china and russia are being threatened by the west, if for some reason russia and china united and defeated nato and the us, china and russia would be invading eachother before the radioactive dust settled elsewhere.

Almost all the Ukrainian Nazis were ethnic Tartars. A people not known for mercy. The same could be said of the Lithuanian Nazis, as ferocious and unmerciful (an understatement) toward those they persecuted during the war.

Nothing has changed in Europe, just less Jews and Roma to persecute. Window dressing that naive Americans want to accept.

Trump, of all the current western world leaders, is the only one who did not condemn the Russians, and support Ukraine. The irony being, as fascism emerged and the Nazi Party embraced fascism, it was the American left in the forefront of warning the world of what was coming, its spread into Spain, eastern Europe, southern muslim Russia and the Balkan states. The American right, represented by character such as Luce, Lindbergh, Ford, and companies like IBM (which made the death camps possible with their management tools), embraced the fascists and nazis.

The progressive left forgot Papa Hemingway's message, "do not become what you hate."
