So you want a stong man who acts unreasonable rather than a rational man who acts tough when needed but follows diplomacy when needed. Putin is no angel, but the russian people love him, and he has been willing to play ball up to a certain extent, while the leader type you want would break russia apart into numerous tiny republics.

You are delusional, you have no idea what that country needs or wants, and spout nonsense off what you want while believing in your own head what you want must represent russia. If you do not know russians are fairly anti war, they support missions where it is in their strategic interest like in ukraine, but outside such expeditions the russian people do not want their military deployed, they want them at home defending their motherland, and given the nonsense you speak people with your mentality may be what they want them to defend against.

Why do you think this is about race? Many people think that Russia is a developed modern economy and democracy. Some people fall into that confusion because Russia has nuclear weapons. But that doesn't make it a modern developed economy nor a stable democracy. Others fall into that trap because Russians in general tend to be white, and so they look like people from western European countries which today are mostly developed modern economies and secular democracies. The statistical similarities to a 3rd world country like Nigeria highlighted here is to just point out that Russia is not a developed economy, nor a real democracy- in the western European sense of the term.
