Latest sanctions on Russia amount to economic warfare

In fact, the US is a toxic brand even with its so called allies. The US doesn't have allies - it only has states which can't say 'no' to it.

Sorry, but you have it backwards all the way around. It is the strength of US alliances that will surmount the present personality-driven difficulties.
Russians will not choose "Brand America," whatever that might be, but they will choose their own interests, which will drive them to the US.
