Read the story. The Kremlin has now banned the Telegram messenger app because its founder and owner - Pavel Durov - would not provide the Russian security services with the encryption keys.
 
More evidence that Russia is a dictatorial state with a state run war on freedom of speech and association.
 
The FBI and some members of Congress want to be able to force tech companies to include back doors as well. We need to remain vigilant so we don’t go the same route.
