Trump just tweeted that “crime in Germany is way up.” It’s actually at its lowest level since 1992.

Find the failure - what kind of agenda do you think anti immigrant parties have? This went through our media month ago and was uncovered as a lie - a policman friend of mine confessed that.

Crime is not way up... he is lying as usual.

Crime is down.

Now if you analyse the numbers.. which Trump in no way has done... then you can argue that "immigrants" are over represented in crime statistics. But guess what... that has been so since the dawn of immigration. It is nothing new.

As usual, Trump is an uninformed idiot lying piece of ****.

Yeah, the OP is about crime in Germany. If he wanted to post on migrants alone, he would have done.

This takes away nothing from the view that Trump lies regularly but his unthinking target audience fall for it every time.

Seems to me that Trump said crime is up in Germany, and that is not true.

The "evidence" that it is true, from the Daily Mail is statistics from 2014, when crime by immigrants was up 72% over 2013, while the number of immigrants was up 444% over 2013.

Appears to me Trump is lying once again. The man can not keep himself from rubbing two semi-facts together to make a fire. And his base loves to keep their asses warm.

His supporters will claim that he indulges in truthful hyperbole...but that is BS. The man markets lies. His own statement: Say it and they will believe it. Proven again and again on this forum.

Trump's unquestioning fans don't see lies. We've had them going right back to "Lock her up!" and the crowd size at inauguration and they still buy the lies. Lying about Germany plays to the idiots and they love it.

Sad really.
