Jewish-German Girl was Killed by Iraqi Migrant who Then Fled to Iraq

Ali Bashar, a 20-year-old asylum seeker, went missing after Susanna Maria Feldman, 14, was found strangled near the city of Wiesbaden last month.

She had been strangled and sexually assaulted.

By the time the police opened an investigation, Bashar and seven other family members, all of whom lived in a refugee center in Wiesbaden, had fled using identification papers that German authorities failed to identify as suspect. The plane tickets contained different names from those given on the residence documents for Bashar and his family, officials said.

Bashar was detained on Friday in Iraqi Kurdistan and confessed to raping and killing her, police there say.

The case has renewed debate in Germany over immigration

According to the Central Council of Jews, Susanna Feldman was a member of the Jewish community in the nearby city of Mainz.

Original reports about this case listed the Iraqi migrant's age as 14, but it turns out he was really 20. Other sources said Bashar was dating Susanna Feldman, which is confusing considering the age difference.

I cannot count the number of serious crimes committed against children and women in Germany since the Migrant Crisis was forced upon Europe, and especially Germany. Those who helped orchestrate the crisis need to take responsibility for it, since this act included supporting Islamic radicals in Syria in order to oust Assad, as well as the morally reprehensible war in Iraq. But unfortunately, children like Susanna Feldman are the ones paying the price, not the powerful politicians who plotted this scheme.

I'll side with the women.

You can continue faulting people in other countries for the same type of aggression towards women as the man you voted for, I rather expect it at this point, or you could fix your own house before worrying about Germany's.

Innocent till proven guilty is the rule, is the promise made, I expect it to be kept.

the only good thing in this whole tragedy was the response of the Iraqi government, sending him back to Germany where he will get life in jail.

Except when making judgement on a great many people, because like every group of people, a few criminals are amongst them. I wonder why that is. Why could that be.

What about these people makes you judge them, when they have not been proven guilty of anything? A few criminals. Hell, let's take a walk down your street. We'll find just as many criminals. Let's pick any town in America. Just as many.

But these people are a curse, that Germany must cast out. That we must keep from spreading throughout white lands.

Why is that?

If innocent until proven guilty is so important to you?

Or maybe it's not. Maybe you just tell yourself that. A nice little fairy tale, that let's you ignore right and wrong. Moral and Immoral.

No one is fooled, Trump supporters don't care if some girl in Germany was killed. They only care a Muslim immigrant did it, because it let's them build a narrative that paints muslim immigrants as the boogeyman. Because they threaten you.

America's great shame is the coward that pretends at patriotism.

I'd rather he were tried and convicted in Iraq. There's no guarantee this guy will spend his life in prison if he's convicted in Germany. Some of the guilty men involved in sex grooming gangs in the UK have been given as little as 4 years in prison. The men raped scores of girls too. Germany doesn't strike me as being any more serious about punishment for these types than the UK is.

He will get sentenced to life, that is how the Germans punish murders like this. That does not mean that he will be in jail for life (unlike in the Netherlands, where life usually does mean life), but that is down to the courts.

The German police downplays the incidents and the main media rags usually do no report on these cases. However, most cases are known through social media when small, local papers report on them, although even there the perpetrator is many times "disguised" as another form of non-white/non-native.

I'm not interested in your far right spin. No one thinks you are at all concerned about any victim, anywhere. You just don't like Muslim Immigrants and look for anything that can paint them as monsters. When in reality, humans suck, and if you have enough humans in one place, some of them are going to suck more than others. Judging a whole religion, and group of people on a few sucky ones. Is not an American value, in fact it's the opposite of an American value. And it's cowardly.
