Naval Commander Dmytro Sheptsov died of a stroke in Donetsk Oblast on 24 April 2018. Born 19 January 1977 in Sevastopol, Crimea.
Cmdr. Sheptsov fought at the battles of Donetsk Airport and Debaltseve.

There are now 44 Ukrainians held as political prisoners in Crimea and Russia. This does not include UA POWs held by Russian proxies in eastern Ukraine.
The Red Cross has reported that as many as 2,000 civilians in Donbas are missing since 2014 and may be deceased, held in secret prisons, or executed.

Pushed off a building roof, he detonates on impact. A human bomb. The aftermath picture showed his bloody, charred, and headless corpse.

The US Treasury yesterday granted a reprieve to the sanctioned Russian aluminum maker Rusal. The owner of Rusal is Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska who was
Paul Manifort's handler for the Kremlin. Treasury will remove Rusal from the sanctions list if Deripaska totally divests himself of Rusal ownership by 23 October 2018.

He joined the UA armed forces at 18 and served in the 95th Airborne Assault Brigade.

A Russian Sukhoi Su-30SM fighter jet crashed in the Mediterranean off the coast of Latakia, Syria yesterday. Sources say both pilots perished. The Kremlin attributed the
crash to an accident. One of the victims has been identified as Major Albert Davidyan.

Dr. Vsevolod Stebliuk saved lives on Maidan Square and then joined the Army serving on the eastern front. Dr. (Col.) Stebliuk saved ~80 lives in the "Corridor of Death"
at the Battle of Illovaisk. He has also authored a book on PTSD and was a co-star ( with Tetyana Chornovol, Anne Applebaum, Eva Yanchenko) in the documentary film:

A Brazilian national, Rafael Lusvarghi, who had earlier confessed to fighting on the side of the self-proclaimed
"DPR" in Donbas was returned to prison after his exchange for a Ukrainian soldier fell through. Lusvarghi was
convicted of Terrorism and sentenced to 13 years. The Brazilian Embassy in Kyiv said Brazil does not want Lusvarghi to be repatriated.
