Well, if Erdogan wants to do this he will not get Dutch or German Turkish votes because both the German government and the Dutch government have already stated that in no way such a vote will be allowed in the Netherlands.

I hope that all EU governments will follow suit and tell Erdogan that this kind of referendum will not be allowed in the EU.
 
I guess Erdogan wants to start executing his opponents.

Turkey was never joining the EU, no matter what Farage and his like were saying in the Brexit referendum. Do you (from your last sentence) think Turkey will be joining?

No, my last comment had to do with allowing a Turkish referendum in the EU countries (like the one from a few weeks back) if that referendum is about reinstating the death penalty.
