Crucial elections which will influence UK politics / Brexit policy, and EU thinking towards UK.

A voting lead for explicit Remain parties would send one message, a lead for explicit hard Brexit parties would send another. A rough parity would tell us that the UK remains very divided and that a second referendum would likely settle precisely nothing.

While I support the referendum being acted on, I'm certainly not voting for a Pro-Brexit party tonight.

I noticed that too. S****horpe may be Leave territory but it's also Labour territory so she was happy to lie and shaft the workers there.

for the bewildered, the automatic censor has picked up a dirty word that ain't one. The town is actually called that (insert a "c", a "u", an "n" and a "t" in place of the asterisks) or call it Scumthorpe and swap the "m" for an "n"

no worries, this here is not the only site where this amusing censorship happens.

By now (expatriate status having been too extensive) I'm unable to vote any British party altogether (thankfully), but come Sunday I can cast my vote for a Spanish one. Of course down here it won't be about Brexit but about fascism, yes or no.
    I noticed that too. S****horpe

The true frustration lies in that getting rid of a liar will change nothing here. All potential replacements are either just as bad or even worse.

Widespread reports of EU nationals, registered voters, being turned away at the polling booths. Electoral commission says at mid-afternoon, it's a mistake and go back and vote! No suppression going on there then! Likewise Brits living in Europe who applied for a vote have had the papers delivered (via Holland) too late to return them...

The presidency doesn't change who you are, it reveals who you are.

I enjoyed that. I was puzzled when it happened to me as I didn't remember censoring myself.

    it's that age old question:

If TyPhoo put the "T" in Britain, who put the **** in S****horpe?

I've been to Penistone. Once, on account of a girl I dated. Not quite hitting the censor-o-meter but there's a village in South Wales called Varteg that Welsh language purists unsuccessfully tried to have renamed Farteg.
