The whole EU trade thingy is a tiny side issue compared to the Covid induced decimation of our economy...we really can move on from that unimportant shit now. If it’s any consolation to leftists on here I have literally no faith in Boris Johnson any more...so he might even pull the EU rat out of the hat for you yet lol.

I wager had the English people any inkling that Covid-19 was about to destroy their economy and way of life, 2% less might have voted against the complication of Brexit at this time. It is one nightmare on top of another. So sad to witness.

I’d be more concerned about what this virus will do to Spain if I were you...Brexit is only a nightmare for middle class ,pant wetting , liberals...the same type that believe it’s is worth destroying the economy for a disease that kills far , far less than 1 % of the population...and most of those are older than the average age of death in the U.K.

As for the Finnish lady, why do you think she was voted in as an MEP if you think she's crazy? There are billions of Christians who agree with her regarding evolution.

According to the EU itself, 2021 will be worse for the EU than the UK.

They now forecast 2021 GDP growth of 5,8% next year for the EU and 6% for the UK.

She would have been voted in as an MEP because the European Parliament is such a pluralistic, democratically representative rainbow of disparate political views that it's pretty easy for any gobshite charlatan to get elected, hence all those Brexit MEPs, the Rev. Ian Paisley, Carles Puigdemont etc.

As my brother often reminds me, a scientific theory is a piece of knowledge that fits in with all other knowledge without a single unsolvable contradiction.

As opposed to political and economic "theory," which is invariably cold **** on toast.
