Britain is "unlikely" to be given the chance to remain in the single market after it leaves the European Union, according to a Brexit memo carried by senior Conservative officials in Downing Street. Link

I'm going to say posed, this is both a preparation that we are not going to get access without significant sacrifice to the ideal of Brexit as well as testing market feedback.

Nobody walks through Downing Street where photographers have repeatedly captured "secret" document carelessly carried in public.

It seems improbable. But odd things do actually happen. In this case anything is as possible as the other. The EU and Brits are in the middle of negotiations how to avoid Brexit legitimately and without anyone's face being lost.

It wont matter, Brexit is not going to happen.

You sure?

I think it will. I think it will be a hard Brexit and things will be harder for the economy than we thought.

How on earth can the UK Govermnent trust any deal proposed by the remaining 27 member states. You only have to look at the recent debacle Canada had to go through for its trade deal. To play Brussels Eurocrats at their own game is akin to wading through quick sand.
