Nigel Farage resigns again.. will it last?

Don't make yourself look ridiculous. The roots of Fascism date no further back than the mid-19th century. The history of political insults is as long as the history of human society. The particular insult I used, describing the Brexit leaders as rats leaving a sinking ship, comes originally from a speech in Shakespeare's The Tempest:

In few, they hurried us aboard a bark,
Bore us some leagues to sea; where they prepar'd
A rotten carcass of a boat, not rigg'd,
Nor tackle, sail, nor mast; the very rats
Instinctively had quit it.

So, there you have it. Not remotely a fascist, or indeed a Fascist tool.

Yep. There is always an excuse, when bcked into a corner. Let's just call it a dead end for now and we no longer call out foes vermin. ;)

Don't make yourself look ridiculous. .........~
You're wasting your time with this one. S/he'll no doubt continue digging until ground is broken in Australia.

From below.

In any case, the self inflicted harm is already done.

Nope, I'll stick with Prospero. Rats deserting a sinking ship is a perfect analogy for Cameron, Johnson and Farage. What's more they are the ones whose gnawing holed the ship below the waterline.

that was meant ironically - I´m quite happy with our ÖR System ;)
Getting hilarious. Even the comparison of the ÖR with a British tabloid jungle like the one "trying harder" to be more even-handed is so blatantly stupid that it would be laughable, were it not so sad.

The poster's gripe is mainly about the ÖR not sharing into the publications of the AfD or the screams of Pegida, obviously the more honest of the two opposites.:lamo

Well, if you watch the silly position held of the use of the established analogy "rats leaving the sinking ship" equating to the dehumanizing tactics of Goebbels, you've learned all you need to know about people who go down that road of prevarication.

Strangely it's THAT conduct which reminds me far more of the despicable lying tactics of Goebbels.

The absolute "Griff ins Klo".

Your experience with the techniques of Goebbles is a given.

How do you propose we keep trading with the EU without having to agree the same amount of payment we make now, the free movement of workers we already have now and having to work to EU consumer and product guidelines as we already do now?

The UK can trade on WTO terms, just like it does with the rest of the world. If Germany - for whom the UK is a very important market - wants something different they can make a proposal. As a big customer the UK does not need to look for favours, its the other way around.

Those arguments always boil down to the, "They need us more than we need them" schtick. I guarantee that our enthusiastic Brexiteer poster with the patriotic username, Sweden will not have any other answer to this.

Another 'guarantee' from you Andalube. You 'guaranteed' the Remainers would win. You were wrong, so stop squirming and admit defeat with what grace you can.

a manifestation of mental stress or discomfort experienced by an individual who holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideas, or values at the same time, performs an action that is contradictory to one or more beliefs, ideas, or values, or is confronted by new information that conflicts with existing beliefs, ideas, or values.

Often (not always) exacerbated by

in which a cognitive bias causes relatively unskilled persons to suffer illusory superiority, mistakenly assessing their ability to be much higher than it really is. Dunning and Kruger attributed this bias to a metacognitive inability of the unskilled to recognize their own ineptitude............... ..

Sounds like Islam to me.:lamo

His guarantee has already found confirmation by you providing exactly the answer that the guarantee predicted (#81). :lamo

Why is it you think the Leave campaign never really pushed the WTO option and those on the leave team have repeatedly talked of continuing to trade with the EU? We don't have a Mutual Recognition Agreement which is what major economies use as a modification of WTO guidelines and very few countries rely solely on WTO terms because it's economic folly to try.

Care to try again?

If Germany - for whom the UK is a very important market - wants something different they can make a proposal. As a big customer the UK does not need to look for favours, its the other way around.

As a single destination, Germany exports some 89 28811 to us but it also exports some 298 633256 to the four major EU economies (excluding the UK) of France, Austria, Spain and Italy together. Germany is not dependent on the UK market to survive. This was yet another lie posted by the Brexit campaign. Germany is a 1.55 trillion exporter of which we are take 89 28811.

If Germany had only a few markets, they'd be in trouble but they don't - they do what we didn't and they spread their customer base widely.

Try again. I never said, or indeed thought that. Unless you can prove otherwise, of course.

You were wrong, so stop squirming and admit defeat with what grace you can.

Well, it appears I'm 100% correct, you don't have an answer to the point I made. Thanks for the proof.

See? I said that's all you'd have. It never gets tiring being this right.

Britain will flourish outside the EU Andalublu. I won't say "I guarantee it" because I'm not that stupid. Oh, and btw, you lost.

You apparently even can't remember anything as shortly ago as yesterday.

To remind you, this was the exchange:

I wouldn't advise you to go guaranteeing anything at all and better steer clear of predictions too.

Not everything is as predictable as you are.

What you and yours appear predictable in as well, is the propensity in which you barge in, shouting "did too, did too, did too" followed by "no, no, no" all of which done with a finger in each ear.

In the process never ever addressing (and be it for the sake of refuting) concise arguments that others took the trouble to formulate and substantiate with facts and figures.

Instead you present inane platitudes, substantiate nothing of what you say and top it all with such tactics of throwing toys from the pram as "you lost", "admit defeat" and other ridiculous responses serving only to demonstrate the silliness of your conduct.

And, as if that were not already silly enough, you choose to ignore the challenge of presenting evidence for your claims of somebody having said something when they clearly didn't. Or can you point us anywhere where the poster you thus accuse guaranteed a remain? No, of course you can't.

Thus, unless evidence to the contrary is produced, your corresponding statement remains a lie and now what would that make you? On top of possessing no debating skills whatsoever as is so clearly demonstrated by now?

YOU lost, YOU're losing here and unless you develop some skills at this game, YOU'll continue losing forever.

Daniel Hannan: Instead of sulking, Remainers should accept the result and work for a better future | Conservative Home

Stop this sulking Chagos. End the tantrums. Read these wise words of Dan Hannan's if you find my words unpalatable. The sooner you accept that the Leave side won and that the UK will leave the EU the better for your mental equilibrium.

Your incomprehension continues as does the silliness of the conclusions you draw from it.

I'd challenge you as well to show where I repudiated the winning of the leave side but you're so clearly on the tack of deaf and blind that I won't bother.

Deaf and blind, not really - but definitely not dumb.
