Why I'm a "denier"

So with all the stories about global warming, it's got to be fake. How do I know? Below is a photo of the naval air station on Boca Chica Key in the 1940's:

80 years of ice melting can't conspire to shrink this low-lying island? You've got to be kidding me. How much ice is melting again? I'm surprised we're still allowed to pull up old pictures like this.
 
So what are you saying? The sea levels are not rising?

Regarding how you’re ‘allowed’ to pull up this photo... yeah, I’m also surprised there are Moon Landing photos that still available showing a waving flag and a starless background. The Deep State government needs to cover its tracks better.
 
Oh well then it's settled. Another hoax from the tree huggers. I mean if one picture doesn't prove your theory what will?

Fair enough. Despite what the pack would acknowledge, there are well-known scientists like Ivar Giaever who believe that the evidence for climate change currently is so lacking that the data cannot be separated from variability. At least you are looking for evidence.

Read up a little more

Although the sea level has risen by 6.5 inches since 1950, nearly half of it (3 inches) has occurred in just the last 20 years. This small increase in sea level has caused on average a 233% increase in tidal flooding across the United States. Minor increases of even an inch in the sea level are causing real problems everywhere—from Texas to Florida to New York. Higher seas mean more water and more flooding during high tides, hurricanes, and rainstorms.

1, I do not know what that GOP stance is.

2, I have been shouting about this for many years.

3, I don't see anybody else constantly refering to the mass hunger being caused by the bio-fuel policy on this forum or many others generally.

4, ALL the Alarmists here, such as you, do shout the same drivel constantly.
 
Yet there is a bible in every drawer in every motel room.

A book about physics however is hard to find in an American library.

People in motels might be looking for spiritual guidance or something to read before sleep. They are surely not looking for equations.

There are many physics books in every library. Have you ever been to one?

As a mathematician or a physicist, I would know even those terms at least. If those deniers really know anything, they would know all about dyadics.

I worked with raw and adjusted data, adjusted raw data and re-adjusted adjusted data, worked in teams and created and replicated climate models with Excel, Stella and other software supported by ArcView GIS during my Masters in International Environmental Science. But I couldn't tell you anything about physics.

That's the funny thing about environmentalism. It's a new world of problem solving. No one discipline can do it. It requires multiple disciplines. We need a chemist and a physicist and a hydrologist, ecologist, biologist, entomologist... And we need a leader for the team. This is why modern environmental programs are interdisciplinary. Interdisciplinary is not multidisciplinary. It's not chemistry and hydrology. It's the space that exists between and shared by them. The interdisciplinary's job is to read between the lines, the disciplines, and to ensure every team member is being fully utilized and heard. That's why my PhD(c) is Interdisciplinary Ecology (ecology, sociology, anthropology).

One needs to demonstrate education, but any discipline might be the one to bring to bear on a particular part of an issue.

The modern problem solving or research team has multiple disciplines represented and an interdisciplinary leader.

Right. Those posters think they're experts over those scientists and they usually fall into conspiracy theories about them. They don't even know those physics and math terms.

You and I have studied and they didn't.
