Recycling Lithium Ion - China - Tesla - Where is it Heading?

Some might and some might not. Still it probably isn't a big hassle to take a relative short break after driving for several hours. Also you can save in that time for all the times you can charge the car at home or at work for your daily commute, instead of having to go to the gas station.

Until charging time comes down, the EV is unacceptable for long trips.

Thirty minutes (at least) to recharge vs five minutes to refill the gas tank.

Graphene supercapacitors are here. Already in use for load levelling.

Charge times possibly faster than refueling, 30-50,000 charge cycles.

Expected to be coming online for electric bicycles and motorcycles any day now.

They are also less toxic to produce and easier to recycle.

That's what y'all say about everything when its new.

Graphene is an odd material that becomes Superconductive if twisted together just so. So its great for capacitors.

Yall used to say electrics were sad and impractical. Now they're just expensive and old ladies in Tesla's are dusting corvettes.

I'll put my faith with the scientists instead of propagandists.

And if humans go over 35 miles an hour, they'll die.

Plug in hybrids were "impossible".

Until private companies started converting existing hybrids to do just that. Then it was magically "possible" and they manufacture them now.

It was also impossible for trucks to get decent mileage. Now they do.

Again, I'll put my confidence in technological advancement as opposed to what Luddite naysayers, say.
