The people that try to sell us the nonsense cant answer these three questions.

1) What is the earths average temp supposed to be. Who gets to say?

2) Explain why the earth was so MUCH warmer in the years 1000 to 1200? It was so warm that Vikings were farming southern Greenland.

3) Who knows what the output of the sun will be tomorrow or any day. It is the primary over ridding input to what the earths temp will be.

I might add it is all an attempt of the radical left one worlders to get control of the USs assets.

The medeval warm period is not particularly much warmer than today. Maybe but not necessarily.

The Roman and Late Bronze age, the Holocene Optimal, were much warmer than now though.

I find the worse problem is their credibility.

Nonsense.

It doesn't take a genius to see this is a problem.

I really don’t understand why the right wingers and flat earth sort still fool with this nonsense.

The effects of global warming are manifesting themselves around the world now, and they’ve gone from theoretical “what ifs”, to concrete realities that are forcing us to adapt infrastructure to it already (at least in the countries that can afford it).

Fortunately, technology is coming to the rescue, and costs have been driven down to the level that investors feel confident with.

Renewable energy is the fastest growing segment of the electrical power market in most of the world. Certainly in Europe and the US, where renewables counted for 100% of market growth, AND covered the decline in high fixed cost large scale power plants whether fueled by coal or nuclear.

Sorry, but go on ranting about global warming being a pocket protector conspiracy all you want.

But the world has moved on.

Sure. "Settled science" and all that.

Russia has begun to use the NW Passage. Clear sign that the earth has warmed significantly while the numbnuts fiddle.

Maersk explores Arctic shipping route with Russia
COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Shipping group A.P. Moller-Maersk said on Friday it is in talks with Russia’s state-owned icebreaker operator to send more goods via the Arctic, which is becoming more accessible as climate change reduces the sea ice.

Maersk explores Arctic shipping route with Russia

All sizzle, no steak.

". . . Maersk, which offers shipping on its own vessels and in cooperation with a number of other carriers and providers, added that it has no current plans to deploy Maersk vessels in commercial service along the route. . . ."

Nonsense.

Classic misrepresentation. Here's why.

I don't understand why alarmists believe that tripe? There is only a minor warming agreed upon. CO2 is not the cause of anything but minimal warming. Aerosols and land use changes are causing more problems than CO2.

You guys have been lied to and you believe it.

Nonsense.

It doesn't take a genius to see this is a problem.

It doesn't take a genius to post a link to it and ignore the many changes in that PISS poor chart, it is FRAUD!

Notice they nearly erased the cooling phase from the 1940's to the 1970's?

It isn't a problem either.

Sorry, but I’ve been to enough conferences and know enough civil engineers to know that sea water rise is real. The spread of previously semi tropical insects and diseases to non tropical areas is real. Regardless of the cause.

The global warming denial industry has always been a creature of the fossil fuel and nuclear industries.

And the investors have moved on.

There have been no new coal fired Or nuclear power plants ordered in the United States in this century. And there will be none.

Yes, the oceans will rise, and always rise.

Besides thermal expansion, there is silt from rivers displacing the water. The oceans are likely not yet in equilibrium with the solar TSI since it's 1700's levels, and likely still warming from the sun.

there is dust falling on all parts of the earth, and the dust falling into the oceans displace it.

there is glacier melt, but if there is a net loss of ice... That's still debatable.

It has got a bit warmer.

The sea level has risen a bit and will continue to do so for the near future, the next few decades.

The degree of trouble from this will be utterly tiny. Less expensive for any place on earth than the traffic lights for any place that has them.

Take a pitch at it;

$100 easy give away. My money to you.

The reason global warming is a political farce

Stories like this from The Telegraph:

Climate change is making horses fat as it's causing
an abundance of grass to grow, top vet warns

Horses should be moved into bare paddocks,
vets have said, because an abundance of grass
caused by climate change is making them fat.
Gillies Moffat, director of a veterinary centre
in Hythe, Hampshire, said blah ... blah ... blah

I’ve been to enough conferences and know enough civil engineers to know that sea water rise is real.

Yes it is, and it's been rising ever since tide gauges began keeping those records in the 19th century

The spread of previously semi tropical insects and diseases to non tropical areas is real.

Could be but a link would really be helpful.

The global warming denial industry has always been a creature of the fossil fuel and nuclear industries.

I don't know that they are, but I certainly wish they would.

There have been no new coal fired Or nuclear power plants ordered in the United States in this century. And there will be none.

The U.S. is awash in natural gas, so coal is going to be
forced out of the power plant biz. And all the liberals
are against nuclear. The liberals in California are on
track to ban natural gas powered power stations. They
will have to import from other states. Indeed, they
are now. Plus they are beginning to ban natural gas
for residential use. On top of that during the fire
season (yeah they have a fire season & have forever)
they are turning off the power. Oh the state just
passed an all electric vehicle requirement for the
state government - you can bet they are going to try
to require that for all residents. So when the fire is
on the way to your house and your car isn't charged...

You know, these people really want to start a civil war.
I've been thinking about that more and more what
that will look like if I'm still around when it starts.

[h=1]Glacier National Park quietly removed ‘Gone by 2020’ signs in 2019—Update[/h]Charles Rotter / 4 hours ago January 1, 2020
[FONT=&quot]One of our biggest stories of the year was: Glacier National Park quietly removed ‘Gone by 2020’ signs
Here is a video update by Roger Roots.
Throughout Glacier National Park, visitors were met with signs, brochures and messages proclaiming that all of the Park’s glaciers were expected to melt away by 2020.
But by 2019 NOT EVEN ONE of the glaciers had disappeared.
During the winter of 2018-2019–while the St. Mary Visitor Center was closed to the public–the government quietly altered the ‘Gone by 2020’ signs.
And they would have gotten away with it if not for Roger Roots of Lysander Spooner University.
