Is NASA (and Our Government) Outright Lying To Us?

Are they lying for no other reason than that's the best way to get money? That sure sounds rather conspiracy-ish to me.

Surely NASA can acquire money without the need to lie about climate.

If you deny that humans can and do impact not only the environment, but the overall climate as well, please explain why NASA of all agencies is in on the "scam".

Of course, the actual NASA scientists know this is all nonsense, but for some reason are somehow unable to regain control of their own website :roll:
 
Since NASA has no rocketships, they have to find something to do to keep themselves relevant.....and funded.

As per always you are being deliberatly misleading.

Nobody says that humans have no impact on climate.

Nobody, it seems, is able to say what bad thing will happen in any particular place. Or is likely to.

I assume you realize NASA does a lot more than just "rocketships".
 
Personally I view nasa as half public half cia and if indeed the cia is involved in nasa, they will always be funded. It's widely known that some of the missions nasa undertakes are secret, who's funding them? My guess, the cia.

You are the one who raised the issue of their getting money in your OP. I commented on the issue you raised. If you do not want to discuss it, then you should not have raised it to begin with.

climate.nasa.gov is only as good as the activists who managed to get themselves into leadership positions or in this case, Media Relations positions.

Take the page that you linked, for example.
Near the bottom, Look at "Facts/Scientific consensus" and see who/what they use as References to demonstrate Scientific Consensus.
Anyone who is still using those notoriously flawed surveys to show consensus has blown their cover.

NASA is a very large organization, with many components vying for funds.
The statements are mostly things like this the the CO2 level, Temperature, Ice level, Glacier size, ect, ect.
When it comes time to link the observations, they infer a connection, and point to the IPCC.
No one is lying, they are simply framing the observations to imply a causation where none has actually been established.
CO2 is a greenhouse gas, and will cause some warming,and CO2 levels have increased in the last century.
Average temperatures in the last century have also increased, but these two observations do not validate that the full suite
of catastrophic projections of the modelers are correct.
