I don’t know why the delay, but the stupidest possible explanation is that Mann is afraid to move ahead, given that he’s the one who initiated the lawsuit.

Yet that what your idiotblogs are telling you.

Every few months or so us who don't live and breath Climate change, it seems like Mann is involved in suing someone in court over his hockey stick. The libel suit he filed against Steyn is in its 8th year and last I read is likely headed to the Supreme Court. And if that is the case, this loss by Mann over his hockey stick to Ball should be helpful to Steyn. It may very well turn out to be a case that tells Mann where he can put his hockey stick.

Yes that is correct, it was Mann who stopped a Trial from taking place two years ago.

Flail all you want with personal attacks on O'Sullivan and Ball, since it is clear you are kissing Manns butt too much for you to realize that he is a sleazebag.

I also predict his appeal process will fail, for reasons that will always elude you even though they are obvious to everyone else to see.
