Do you grasp the concept of what I am saying? I am going to literally and very accurately overlay the coastlines from any year you can muster. I have openly challenged you to submit any aerial or map you can find that you think proves me wrong. I am then going to position the maps over each other so that every member here can see the exact historic coastline as compared to todays coastline. The method is exact and can be viewed by all members. I'll position them down to a fire hydrant if you supply me enough resolution. If you refuse, I will find your data for you and try to prove your argument correct. So in order to help you further do correct science, you previously mentioned 1950, are you sure that date is early enough to prove your case? I don't think this will help you. I've been doing this for a very long time and I know the area has not changed by meltwater since 1950 but I will entertain your data request to force you into denying scientific fact. Surely the coastline would be getting smaller if water is rising correct?
Like I said, I already did an ancient Tribeca engineering map. It is identical. But lets use your data to be sure we get the right data to compare.

I've already overlayed an old engineering map. Its identical. He cites 1950 on, in geographic timeframes he may as well have picked yesterday. If there is a 9" rise at battery park, the factual maps and aerials don't show it.

There is no being smarter. I am literally going to post facts. But so you know...NOAA is a govt entity that gets large budgets to study this. Do you know what happens to those budgets if they say there is no sea level rise happening?

Are you going to keep dodging your argument? Focus on your claim. Do you have any aerials or maps you would like me to use? I realize you are desperately trying to flee from your Battery park claim but it isnt going to happen. So, do you have any data you would like to see or not? The more resolution the better for aerials....and engineering maps regardless of age are always fantastic and my favorite Its so interesting to see how accurate people were even a 140 years ago.
You want to see how accurate don't you?

Everyone he claims Battery park water levels have risend 9" since 1950 but refuses to accept or view factual overlayed images of 1950 battery park to todays same exact area.
Oh I especially love the part where the meltwater left the arctic and headed straight for Manhattans Battery Park where it bubbled up 9" above the surrounding water because of gravity. He knows this because internet guy had a link. <same guy refuses to look at factual imaged data because he knows he's a bull**** armchair scientist.

Unlike armchair scientists. I am actually in the business and know how it works. But hey keep desperately trying to claw away from his claim. The arctic meltwater went to manhattan. Specifically the Battery. You all are so focused on science up until you need to actually face it and the facts when they don't fit your narratives.
