Even if Global Warming was true......

Following your link to Effects, there is a long grocery list of mostly predictions
complete with duplications, assertions, some things that aren't true and which
can be pared down to a somewhat manageable screed to [comment] on as follows:

[List is silent on Antarctica and Greenland - Don't know why that should be]

More frequent wildfires,
[USDA Forest Service Link to Forest Fires since 1900]

Longer periods of drought
[Link to Climate at a glance Precipitation since 1900]

Increase in the number, duration and intensity of tropical storms.
[Link to Ryan Maue on Global Hurricanes]

Glaciers have shrunk [Sea Level? see below]
River & lake ice break up is earlier [So what?]
Plant and animals shift ranges [So what?]
Trees flowering sooner.[So what?]
Loss of sea ice [So what?]

Accelerated sea level rise
[Graph of extrapolations out to 2100]
[This link to a quickly made chart showing the time line for six tide gauges around the world that
have close to a century or more of data: Brest, New York, San Francisco, Honolulu, Sydney,
and Fremantle. The extrapolation shows some sea level acceleration and a projection of about
a foot out to 2100 for five of them. Honolulu shows negative sea level rise since 1905.]

[Sea level rise is the scariest issue Climate Science has. They need to make the case that CO2
is responsible for the increase over the last 200 years and why it's going to be more than a foot
over the next 80 years which would be a steady 3.8 mm/yr starting right now.]

Longer, more intense heat waves.
[Link to EPA heat waves since 1900]

IPCC forecasts a temperature rise of 1.4 to 5.6°C over the next century.
[So when is this going to begin to happen?]

IPCC predicts increases in global temperature less than 1 to 3°C will produce beneficial impacts
Frost-free season (and growing season) will lengthen
[So what?]
[Y'all need to make note of that]

Increased heavy precipitation events will continue even in
Regions where total precipitation is expected to decrease

[Yes it really says that]

More droughts and heat waves
[They do repeat themselves]

Hurricanes will become stronger and more intense
The intensity, frequency and duration of North Atlantic hurricanes,
As well as the frequency of the strongest (Category 4 and 5) hurricanes,
Have all increased since the early 1980s

[I'm pretty sure that's BS ]

Sea level will rise 1-4 feet by 2100
Expansion of seawater as it warms.

[Thermal expansion is local]

Arctic likely to become ice-free
[So what]

U.S. regional effects

Flooding will affect:
Infrastructure,
Health,
Agriculture
Forestry
Transportation
Air quality
Water quality,
And more.

[Sounds like a radio ad for the gun show]

Climate change will also exacerbate a range of risks to the Great Lakes.
[And they go on to say nothing about what those "risks" are.]

Southwest.
Heat
Drought
Insect outbreaks,
Wildfires.
Declining water supplies, and flooding
[Yes it says that]
[all linked to climate change]

Hollywood is familiar with this sort of flim flam, they made a movie about it:
