Contrails are condensation caused by the exhaust from jet engines.

People who think they're something else are, in fact, conspiracy nuts.

1) Direct mortality is not the concern here. More people freeze to death, sure, but that's not the issue here.
2) Agriculture is far more complicated than "warmer is better."

You want to stop playing with fire? By fire you mean messing with the earth's climate in ways that might have highly unpredictable results? I have an idea: let's not alter the composition of the atmosphere.

Temperature is not the only possible problem. There are various kinds of particles they are thinking about spraying, and/or have been spraying. Some could be very harmful to health.

If you read the articles by David Keith at Harvard, you will see no mention of health aspects.

Yes we know there are contrails in the sky. There are also chemtrails. Sure there is propaganda saying everyone who sees chemtrails is a conspiracy theorist. But we are not obliged to believe all propaganda.

Conspiracy theory websites have been talking about chemtrails for years. These are, supposedly, particles sprayed by jet planes. The purpose is to slow global warming, control weather, population control, anything evil you can imagine.

After I heard about chemtrails, in 2013, I started observing the sky. And I have often seen them covering the sky, looking as if they were intended to block the sun. I have also seen a blackish haze covering the sky when there are no clouds.

Now, of course, anyone who says they believe in chemtrails is immediately labeled a nutty conspiracy theorist and ignored.

I do think the chemtrail conspiracy theories are nuts. But I also know that spraying particles is a serious proposal, which they are now experimenting with. And I also know that I have been observing chemtrails for 6 years.

There are various ideas and theories about what kind of particles to use. Some are more scary than others.

Well our government obviously thinks they might be, since Harvard is going ahead with their experiments. I'm sure they know it has already been going on for years.

The public has been so docile about this. When the public objects to something, all you have to do is call it a conspiracy theory and that shuts them right up.

Now try to explain that when people use the word "democracy" when referring to the United States that they're talking about the limited representative democracy operating within the framework of a constitutional republic.

It is fashionable these days for conservatives to run around wagging their finger at people and saying "The United States is not and never was a democracy!!!" ....as if people believed it was some kind of Athenian PURE democracy where simple primitive mob rule dictated the day.

Yes, of course most educated people understand that "ozone hole" refers to an area of depletion.

I have a thing I do to chemtrail alarmists which is rather funny, by the way.

High altitude dispersion into the jet stream is the absolute worst conceivable way to distribute a chemical agent to the population. You ever see a crop duster? Notice how close they get to their target?

Why do so many conspiracy theories involve massive, inscrutable, devious government groups that are somehow simultaneously incompetent.
