The Real Arctic Vs The Imaginary Arctic Of Climate Scientists

Wow

You really ARE at middle school science level, aren’t you?

I guess we need to stop publishing those eclipse predictions for the next few hundred years.

Timmy says they aren’t scientific.

You are confusing real science as old as Aristotle with today's ignorant and totally useless bureaucrats. Christopher Columbus wowed the Jamaican savages who were almost as clueless as today's global warming bureaucrats with his accurate (to the hour) lunar eclipse prediction in 1504.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/March_1504_lunar_eclipse

Unlike the totally worthless bureaucrats you worship, his prediction actually came true with astounding accuracy....government science has been all downhill since then.

I can readily understand how easily duped and gullible you are if the preceding statement makes any sense you.

I cannot "definitely" say that a chimp playing at piano keyboard cannot render Beethoven's Emperor Concerto flawlessly, it's just not very likely.

Are you similarly as deaf as Beethoven; just what went wrong with the "Antarctic Ice Shelf Collapse Models" anyway?

....Crickets

So the goalposts have moved from ‘global warming isn’t real!’ To ‘ global warming is very unlikely because we don’t have d good temperature records’

I concede; a chimp "might" actually render Beethoven's Emperor Concerto flawlessly. Now toddle off and rest in the shade under the shadow of the low bar of government "success."

I'm an expert in the models of graphs, which trumps graphs of models.

There are no "observed" temperatures of the world, if there is then I want to see photographic evidence of such an "observation"

You can tell me alien beings prodded your anus too, I still want to see photographic observations of them (not of your anus)

And you have the temerity to call me clueless?

Intelligence is invisable to the thick.

As has been pointed out to you ad nauseam nobody has said that global warming is not real.

It is the case that the predictions you cherrish stand upon very weak, often imagined, data that is simply not strong enough to draw the conclusions they do from it.

You might want to ask the other denier about that. He seems to be saying... it’s not real.

I will explain something fundamentally obvious for all but the hopelessly ignorant. You can assess for yourself if this group includes you.

Every interval of time from a femtosecond (one quadrillionth of a second) to an eon (one billion years) may begin and end with an infinite number beginning and ending periods.

Therefore each unique period has the opportunity to be either different or exactly the same in any of a number of countless ways they can be measured.

The odds favor "different" in this appraisal since there is only one way to be exactly the same and an infinite number of degrees of magnitude that such period can be different in any of an infinite number of ways than another.

Therefore, any instant in time can belong to an infinite number of periods and each of these periods can be warmer/colder/drier/wetter/calmer/windier than any other.

Therefore your statement is entirely meaningless from any logical perspective.

I can see why the other deniers seem to be impressed by your posts.

What is being denied?

Lets see how well you can answer this simple question.

Like I said (AND YOU QUOTED!)

“Why don’t you ask the other denier about that?”

Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

You couldn't answer a simple question, "what is being denied?"

FYI- here’s a guy who’s been studying Polar Bears and bear habitat for 35 years, and would’ve considered a true expert.

He is pretty definitive about the situation in the scientific literature.

So is she.
That starving-bear video may have convinced a few more gullible people that only hundreds of polar bears are left in the world. But it also motivated others to locate the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List report for 2015 that estimated global polar bear numbers at somewhere between 22,000-31,000, or about 26,000, up slightly from 20,000-25,000, or about 22,500, in 2005. Newer counts not included in the 2015 assessment potentially add another 2,500 or so to the total. This increase may not be statistically significant, but it is decidedly not the 67-per-cent decline that was predicted given the ice conditions that prevailed.

The failure of the 2007 polar bear survival model is a simple fact that explodes the myth that polar bears are on their way to extinction. Although starving-bear videos and scientifically insignificant research papers still make the news, they don’t alter the facts: Polar bears are thriving, making them phony icons, and false idols, for global warming alarmists.

eh, she's probably a denier

Laying out the truth to the other side just doesn't work.

They really believe the polar bears are going extinct, Antarctica is melting,
sea level is on course to go up a meter or more by 2100, forest fires, floods,
droughts, hurricanes and extreme tornadoes are all on the increase, the
world's economy can be powered by wind mills and solar panels. And they
pooh pooh the notion than an increase in CO2 is in many respects beneficial.

Every day of their lives they benefit from the wealth generated by corporations
and the fossil fuel that powers them. They are separated from reality and bite
the hand that feeds them.

The hilarious part is that LESS sea ice is GOOD for Polar Bears especially in the Spring, because thick spring ice make it harder for the bears to get their food.

If warmists bother to study Polar dietary habits, they would learn that low summer ice doesn't matter much. It is late winter to early summer time is when they get most of their food for the year, right when Ice is at its thickest and most spread out.

Gosh.

Maybe you should tell the actual experts on this subject of your findings.

They don’t seem to know this deep armchair knowledge that you’ve obtained, probably because they spend all their time reamsaearcjing and attending conferences on this stuff rather than reading denier blogs.

Gosh it is obvious that you don't read up on Polar Bear dietary habits.

From WWF Global:

"Food can be hard to come by for polar bears for much of the year. The bear puts on most of its yearly fat reserves between late April and mid-July to maintain its weight in the lean seasons."

Just quoted some of the "experts".

You are too ignorant.

Odd.

The WWF seem to be pretty concerned about polar bears. I guess you need to let them know that there isn’t any future risk of climate change based on your armchair brilliance.

“Scientists have divided the total polar bear population into 19 units or subpopulations. Of those, the latest data from the IUCN Polar Bear Specialist Group show that three subpopulations are in decline and that there is a high estimated risk of future decline due to climate change.

Because of ongoing and potential loss of their sea ice habitat resulting from climate change, polar bears were listed as a threatened species in the US under the Endangered Species Act in May 2008.”

Odd that you didn't find this:

Current polar bear populations
22-31,000
polar bears worldwide, estimated
