Some Failed Climate Predictions

Still no organized defense against the thread, Some Failed Climate Predictions

I think warmists knows this is a losing argument to avoid, so they can continue to delude themselves elsewhere.

Better to live with reality, thank to be drunk on Kool Aid.

You say that but think of all the religious types out there who need the Kool-aid. Perhaps the degree of meaning the gerens get out of opposing any CO2 emmission is worth the chaning of petrol cars to diesel in the EU which is causing many tens thousands of deaths per year in the Uk alone. Perhaps the glee of the cause is worth the tens of millions of deaths from the induced cronic hunger from the use of food as fuel. Sacrifices must be made for the cause or it's not a cause worth the effort.

Tim, Perhaps what we are getting wrong is that we see killing people with pollution and starving them as a bad thing.
I think the AGW alarmist see population reduction as a necessary thing. (as long as they are not part of the reduced population)

Berkeley declares 'climate emergency' worse than World War II, demands 'humane' population control
But according to the Berkeley City Council, another thinning of the herd might be needed.

Kate Marvel is one of the new brand of climate evangelists, preaching a message of politics, emotion and rhetoric, who are helping to destroy the credibility of the field. She climbed aboard the climate gravy train from another field only about five years ago, but despite her lack of experience she’s frequently given high-profile platforms … Continue reading

Ah. The "socially-awkward nerd" argument.

...the group who knows more about earth's climate than anyone else
Again, when are you going to be even a fraction as cynical of the people on your side as you are of the group who knows more about earth's climate than anyone else?

and just who would that group be?

I always thought it was interesting that CO2 emissions are mostly tracking Scenario A,
yet the GISS temp is tracking between Scenarios B and C.
Scenario A: Growth of trace gas emissions of the 70's and 80's will continue indefinitely.
Scenario B: Decrease in Trace gas growth rates
Scenario C: Drastically reduce trace gas growth between 1990 and 2000, such greenhouse climate forcing ceases to increase after 2000.
