I don't know about that, here in Houston the Summer humidity almost always starts at 100%,
but by 3 pm the warmer air holds more water and the humidity drops to about 60%.
Inside where the temp does not change much it might always be near 100%.
ether that or the AC are working overtime to pull out the extra humidity, still likely better than battery devices.
