Humans are not the only way trees get planted, likely Human planting would only account for about 10%,
but the earth adding large amounts of green plant matter will require lot of CO2.
Not sure if you're aware, but the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is actually being directly measured, and despite the massive uptake by plants, levels are STILL steadily rising.
