‘This was not supposed to happen’: Gore’s sequel comes in dismal 15th at box office

Al Gore / Alarmism
[h=1]Gore’s “inconvenient bomb” continues – climate doom movie tanks due to limited release in only 180 theaters[/h]From the “let’s limit our losses on this stinker” department. Last week I wrote about Gore’s movie, a sequel to “An Inconvenient Truth” coming in 35th on opening weekend, and being in only 4 theaters. I predicted it would be a bomb, and wondered why the film company Paramount, would only put it in 4…

I sure enjoyed reading the comments on this one, particularly the post that listed all his "doomsday" warnings that have come true - which was followed in every case by Nope, Nope, Nope, Nope, etc. Outstanding! :lamo

Hack, hack, hack. Must have a bug in my throat.

*I* wasn't the one who made a thread about it, claiming it was evidence that no one wants to hear about it.

Hack, hack.

I made the thread because I found the Pro-AGW, Gorebots outrage that the the movie didn't do better to be funny. Your poor showing in defense of this so far shows it bothered you too.

Defense of what? One guy nobody here has ever heard of criticizes Paramount Pictures' poor choices in film distribution, and you're screeching something about "Gorebot outrage."

I wouldn't to to the theater to watch a film about the dangers of global warming. I also wouldn't go to the theater to watch a film that talked about how AGW is a myth. Most people don't go to the theater to watch things like that. The poor performance in the box office has nothing to do with the validity of the arguments made in it.

Al Gore
[h=1]Al Gore’s climate doom movie drops 75% in weekend box office take, just 4% of earnings from 2006 original[/h]Apparently Gore’s climate doom message just isn’t that popular anymore, even with a “climate caused” hurricane hitting the USA this weekend. Now in it’s 5th week (4 weeks in wide release, the premier was only a handful of theaters) An Inconvenient Sequel dropped 74.6% over the weekend as reported by Box Office Mojo: It must…
