I think the earth is our property, and it's up to us how we wanna treat it.
How's the planet supposed to remember who's boss if we don't slap it around every once in a while
I think we need to treat the earth the way a pimp treats a bitch. We don't treat the planet special, we slap it around till it gives us what we want. The earth needs to know who's in charge, who it works for, and who calls the shots. This planet it our property so we can use it, abuse it and treat it any way we want.
That is what fracking is. It's the ultimate form of pimping. We're bitch slapping mother earth till she coughs up the goods.
The earth has to be reminded that it's useless and that it'll never amount to anything. Without a pimp like us to tell it what to do, it ain't worth ****.
You see, a hoe will respect a pimp that can keep it in line

Of course it's possible the earth might pull a revolver out of it's purse and point it at us, when that happens we'll be like, "Put the gun down hoe, you're not gonna pull the trigger, you don't have it in you, because you're worthless. You're nothing and you're nobody, now give me the goddamn gun"
If the earth does shoot us and fall to the floor in tears, maybe we did deserve it. The earth would be comforted by it's female friend who's a cop who assures her she'll be okay. If the court grants the planet leniency it could go on the get it's GED and get married. The earth would come to understand that it's hardships are just a stepping stone in the grand road of life.

Overall, I think it would be a very beautiful movie, a lot of twists and turns and a lot of emotion. But in the end it would still be uplifting.

We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.
