A good manager knows when to listen to his experts, I suspect Trump knows what he does not know.
Paris was always just an expensive feel good measure.
Any real changes in emissions will come as a results of market forces.

Meanwhile America by themselves reduce emissions for the last THREE years, while Europe increase emissions.....

187 out of 195 nations FAILED to meet their emission targets.

Chew on that for a while.

I suspect that Trump is not an expert in climate science, and yet he made a decision that kept the US out of a bad agreement,
Ergo, he is ether lucky or listening to an expert.
Since I do not think luck applies, I have to go with he listened to his experts.
