1. Climate models are not accurate in their prediction of future climate.
2. Extreme weather events are not increasing in frequency or intensity.
3. Even assuming the climate models are correct, putative regulations in the US will do essentially nothing to change what the climate does.
4. Coal is increasingly used to power the world's energy demands, including in Germany and Japan, no matter what the US says.
