I was just going to say that, thanks.

I think it pretty arrogant to think any American political party has sole power to save or destroy the world.

It has seemed to get along fine for the 200 years or so BEFORE we became a notion and had the entire fate of the earth in our hands, as some seem to think.

I FEEL....again...I FEEL this old earth is going to do whatever the hell it wants to do and odes not need our permission or authority to do it.
Yes, we have hurt it, in some places, but on a global scale it is completely silly to think one political party in only one country can save or destroy the whole world.

Just saying so is awfully arrogant.

But all joking aside. Of course we must do some things. But you do realize the probable dimension of the problem? After all, we have known this since the 1970s and we have not done much even remotely close to what it would take.

So this extinction, the sixth, is 100% the fault of humans, mostly Republicans, which begs the question.

Since the other 5 extinctions occurred before humans ever set foot on the planet, how did those 5 occur?

The planet will destroy humans long before humans destroy the planet.
