Clearly, a majority of people want American numerals taught. Is it time to speak up about this encroachment of Arabic culture into our society? Do the Muslims already have too much influence? What's your opinion?

Absolutely. Most of them hate anything that they don't understand, and algebra heads the list. If you tell them that it was invented by Arabs, then they'll hate it even more.
 
Algebra is an Arabic word in the first place.

Seriously, Americans have been fighting learning the metric system like the rest of the world, does anyone seriously believe they'll grasp the idea of being forced to learn Arabic symbols? No, Muslims absolutely do not have any influence in our educational system, or anything else for that matter. Why are you so afraid of Muslims anyway?

I'd answer the question "yes."

There's no opinion to have. What the hell would one do instead? Learn math using the numerals of a language one doesn't speak, the numerals of a language other than English?

I have also seen video's of militant Muslim men in Britain saying that they are going to take over the world by using our freedom and voting process against us and doing so by out breeding the Western Society. One guy was very blunt about it.

Yes, I regularly hear this nonsense when I tune in to hear what the White Nationalists are saying. Funny that link shows just how ugly the Counter-Jihad movement is, which is just another way to reframe White Nationalist movements.

You don't seem to understand.
The American educational system has been using Arabic numerals for years. Even the business community has had to adopt them. Muslim culture has already invaded. Going back will be very difficult.
