They're no friend of the average Joe or Jane.

So inviting in 30 million illegals and now wanting open borders to invite in another 30 million to take Joe and Janes jobs is a way to be friends with Joe and Jane American?? See why we say liberalism is based in ignorance? Is any other conclusion possible?

It's amusing to read what conservatives 'think' liberal positions are. You see, conservatives run for office on strawman positions, like "liberals are for open borders!" Be very afraid.

Meanwhile, Republicans 'say' they want to protect your job but when given a chance to pass a bill that stops the government from encouraging outsourcing jobs, they kill it in the Senate. Worse, the Trump/GOP tax law rewards offshoring -- the new law allows companies to pay half or less of the corporate tax rate on profits earned abroad as they would here at home.

Tip for voters: Don't listen to what conservatives or Republicans SAY. Research what they DO when in power. They're no friend of the average Joe or Jane.

The interesting aspect of the conservative rationale is they rail against off shoring of jobs but claim to want unregulated markets and minimal government interference. What's comical is off shoring jobs is a way for companies to increase profits by reducing labor costs; which is a smart business decision. So now they want government to interfere with market decisions; politicians know better which is why you'll see the talk end up just that when it comes to action.

"saintly free market". sure. markets are creations of people, and people handling money are often less than saintly.
not under capitalism where you have to offer or gift best jobs and products in world just to survive

That you don't understand what you're discussing is one.

. What's comical is off shoring jobs is a way for companies to increase profits

it does not increase profits it lowers prices for consumers. 1+1=2. You have learned this 45 times now.

what happens when you want to offer products but pay less for labor? Do you think the government should interfere with corporate decisions?

dear you clean forgot to say why its interesting!

So then you should have no problem with job offshoring even at the expense of the US worker right?

best is to have domestic jobs and low prices. 1+1=2

how do you do that when US labor is very expensive compared to foreign labor?

by not having highest corporate taxes and regulations, dumbest trade deals, unions etc etc in world. You have learned this 123 times now? Yet you ask it every other day? Whats wrong?

not only does Hillary dream of open borders but the whole party has learned that those who oppose open borders and the Wall are racist! But lets blame capitalism for stagnant wages!! 1+1=2
A) Hillary isn't running for anything.
B) If you think that is Hillary's position, provide a quote.

You are aware that many corporations were not paying the full corporate tax rate as it was right? You also know that many trade deals are backed by corporations since they are the main beneficiaries, right? That you ask these questions leads me to think you really have no clue about the difference between the conceptual and reality. Ideals are nice, but often made sober by realities.

sure many moved off shore to lower tax countries. You have learned this 133 times. Are you going to ask again tomorrow?

issue isn't who backs them but why we don't have capitalism when intelligent people know its best by far best

We do have capitalism, but in a mixed economy. Unfettered capitalism didn't work so well here in the early part of the 20th century so modifications were made to keep it in check. Think of it like sports: you have rules so players keep it entertaining and have guidelines as to what fair play is and clearly defined objectives. Intelligent people understand this.

No, I'm referring to US corporations not paying the full US corporate tax rate. I'll continue to ask because you seem clueless about these matters, so better to ask then assume you don't know. Your responses show you don't know though. Keep your abacus handy so you can keep tally of your inane responses.
